Well I love many things about Anna Karina, I think she’s a unique actress, she grew so much as an actress during the french new wave, I think her eyes are unique they show so much emotion, she tells a story with her eyes, a tear tells more than a million words, her voice, she’s so delicate in everything, I consider her a brilliant dramatic actress, also very sweet with slightly comedic touches. I think her best performance is in La Religieuse (1966) but I consider Vivre sa vie one of her best also, she’s really touching and an outstanding performer.
