This is a gorgeous ballerina dress embroided with flowers in silk and satin and poet sleeves. This dress worn by Tracy Lord (Grace Kelly) was designed by Helen Rose, an Oscar-winning costume designer. Rose also designed Kelly’s wedding dress, used when she married Prince Rainier.
